What will our future look like?

2020 is a year of great consequence for women and equality. We’re in a position of incredible power to lead the way to a better tomorrow for everyone. And we must be intentional about how we leverage that power — and activate it for the good of all. Roll up your sleeves. We’re building the future.

The Riveter Summit: Women Building the Future is your platform for information, inspiration and — most importantly — activation. Our inclusive community will gather for keynotes from speakers like Stacey Abrams, Lindy West, and Amy Nelson, and more intimate breakout sessions built to stoke our collective power to transform society — and our lives.

Making Gains

Power and money are inextricably linked. The gender pay gap and paucity of funding for female-helmed businesses are well-documented in America. And yet, women make most consumer purchase decisions. These realities affect everyone, not just women. In the Making Gains track, we’ll explore power and money from a few angles.

  • Negotiating to Lead
  • Money is Power. Make More.
  • Voting With Your Wallet: Companies That Live Your Values

The Power of Women

When women share their stories, change follows, whether it impacts one person or yields societal shifts. The panels in this track feature women sharing the bold moves they’ve made in the name of building the future.

  • The Importance and Power of Women Telling Their Stories
  • The Pivot: Our Careers, Our Messages, Our Lives

Strength in Numbers

We’re here to stoke change for ourselves, for our communities, and for the future. The coming year will demand intentional action, and we need to be prepared. The panels in this track will explore ways to plan and activate for change.
