Come join us for wellness - Flexible Fridays - yoga with Diana! This mid-day class will focus on bringing you mental space and physical space and we flow through gentle yoga movement and breathwork.
Take a mindful moment for yourself this week and give yourself the space you so deserve. All levels are welcome. Spots are very limited, as we are hosting the session in our Walker Conference room.

Diana Ratana is an international yoga teacher and meditation guide with over a decade of teaching experience. She aims to bring connection to ourselves and each other through intentional movement and mindfulness meditation. Her work lies in cultivating spaces and creating experiences where people can learn to come into their own power, heal from within, return their humanity, and be supported in their journey so that we may all live authentic, creative, and thriving lives.
