What does success look like as an entrepreneur, mother, community leader, or executive?

Not every woman has the same definition. AND THAT'S OK. Join The Riveter for a panel of leading women who will share their experiences and insight on how they’ve juggled the demands of family life with building businesses and careers. We discuss the challenges all things entrepreneurship, pivoting careers, work/life balance or getting back into the workforce! No woman has the same path to success and, after this panel, you’ll be inspired to define success on your own terms.

Join for MOMosas and light bites while sharing stories, networking and building up your #ladygang.

Hear from these amazing moms and more:

Amanda Little- Abby & Finn, Co-founder (she/her)

Amanda is a Colorado native, a mother of two girls and is a co-founder of a diaper subscription company called ABBY&FINN. ABBY&FINN started when she and her husband realized they were spending over $180 a month to diaper their two girls, which they thought was nuts! They wanted to use high quality products that were free of harmful chemicals and gentle on their kids’ sensitive skin, but didn’t think it needed to be so expensive. They also found that their girls regularly didn’t finish a diaper size when they bought in bulk, so they were left with a bunch of diapers that were too small and they couldn’t use. They wanted an affordable subscription that actually grew with their kids and offered the flexibility to mix sizes in the same box. After diving into the world of diapers, they realized that 1 in 3 families in America struggle to simply afford diapers. To help address the diaper need, they built a give back into the business and included their commitment in the name; FINN stands for Families IN Need.

Kristen Stiles- UrbanSitter, VP of Enterprise (she/her)

Kristen Stiles is Vice President, Enterprise at UrbanSitter. She was previously CEO and Co-Founder of Sitter, acquired by UrbanSitter in May 2019. Prior to founding Sitter, Kristen developed extensive experience in both IT and business strategy. She started as a developer for Hewlett-Packard and transitioned that technical and analytical knowledge into IT and marketing project management, then into business strategy consulting. She’s worked or consulted for companies of all sizes and industries – from mom-and-pops to Fortune 100. She's the mom of two boys, ages 11 and 7, who are always keeping her on her toes. And, she's accepted that hugs from her kids come in the form of full-blown football tackles these days but she wouldn't have it any other way.

Irena Todd- Fresh Monster, CEO (she/her)

She also spent several years in strategy consulting at Deloitte advising brands in the tech, food and personal care space. Irena is a symphony junky, surfing enthusiast, and mom to two adventurous, fun boys.

MODERATOR:  Dana Spaulding- Wander + Ivy  (she/her)

Dana Spaulding came home after a long day of work to open a bottle of wine, but was asked by her husband if she was going to “waste another bottle” seeing as she would only be drinking a glass. She started to search for single-serve wines so she could eliminate the guilt of wasting, but to her dismay anything she found was low-quality wine in cheap packaging - not to mention zero organic options.

Dana decided to create her own and founded, Wander + Ivy (W+I) in 2017. Since launching, Wander + Ivy has become a high-caliber brand and unique organic option in the single-serve wine space because they’re clean, expressive and appropriately made for one. Based in Colorado, W+I partner with family-owned vineyards around the world to bring you premium wine that is made with certified organic grapes and packaged in sleek and convenient 6.3-ounce glass bottles. The W+I wines are sold in over 100 retailers, restaurants and hotels across Colorado as well as select retailers in San Francisco and New York City. They will soon be launching their wines for national distribution to be in store and online are currently in the works.
