Are you working on a side hustle, perhaps you’ve picked up a new hobby you’d like to turn into your full-time gig, or maybe you’ve been treating your business like a hobby and want to start treating it like a business? You are in the right place!

In this workshop-style webinar, you’ll learn how to take ideas you have and turn them into a bonafide business that allows you to connect with the right customers, share your message and story in a way that engages them, and creates the type of income and impact you’re looking for.

We’ll dive into:

  • Core– Why are you creating this business? What’s the longterm vision of where you’d like to take this?
  • Clients– Who are the people you’re trying to serve? How can you understand them and who they are and what they need?
  • Communication– What stories and messages should you be sharing? How will you share that message?
  • Conversion– How do you pair who you want to help with the message you want to share and turn it into a tangible offer that makes a profit?
  • Creative– Questions you should think through as you start to pull together a visual brand that reflects the Core, Clients, Communication, and Conversion plan you’ve put together.

Danait Berhe

Danait is the founder and lead strategist at The Asmara Agency and a creative from The Hill Creatives. TAA is an award-winning full-service agency that helps female-founded companies craft compelling business, brand, and messaging strategies that position them for multiple 6 + 7-figures. She is passionate about helping entrepreneurs who want to leave an imprint on the universe do just that by helping them build brands that matter from the inside out.

The Asmara Agency is committed to making sure that more women, especially Black women,  enter the world of entrepreneurship and not only survive, but build brands they can leverage as an asset in order to build + create generational wealth. In this spirit,  a portion of every project TAA takes on is put into their Leave the Ladder UpTM  Fund which is then donated to budding women-led businesses + organizations that support them.

When she’s not designing, nerding out over data, and strategizing, Danait is cuddling with her pup Lula, exploring the city of Buffalo with her husband,  and wondering what the appropriate number of times to have pizza and wine on any given week is (the answer is 7).
