Over a decade ago, I began eliminating items from my diet to try and discover what foods I reacted to. In doing so, I began reading the labels on products and discovered how many ingredients were hard to cut out because they are included in all sauces, dips, dressings, and so on. This is when someone introduced me to epicure, which provided me a way to try eliminating ingredients from my diet and enjoy things like salsa and salad dressings.
Ever since, I have enjoyed how epicure allows me to make my dishes, using fresh ingredients and know that I can pronounce everything I am feeding my family. My husband and I love to entertain, and experimenting with the various epicure products to create different appetizers, dips and drinks makes me feel like a chef in my own home.
