Summer is here but it is not too late to start on your fitness journey! Tone, glisten and get your heart rate up with this low-impact workout. Barre works wonders for clients of all fitness levels and age ranges. Classes are a mixture of ballet, pilates, and yoga. Bring your yoga mats, water and a pair of socks (grip socks highly recommended) and letʼs show some Riveter love to our bodies.
