We’re use to glorifying busyness, hustling, and pushing ourselves till the wheels fall off. We may double tap all the inspirational memes and save the post that challenge us to do more #selfcare but too often do we leave very little room for our mental, emotional, spiritual or even physical well-being. We wake up to the alarm and jump into hyper productivity mode–social media, emails, clients, calls and try to scarf down a cup of coffee and something quick to eat.

During “normal times” all of this leaves us depleted by the end of the day with nothing much left to give to ourselves, our dreams, humanity or the planet.

But now let’s throw on top our new reality of COVID-19. Personally and collectively we are anxious, fearful, and uncertain about the future. Our household and work environment has changed, we’re dealing with the possibility of getting sick, and our finances are strained. How do we keep our sanity in all of this?

We change how we start our day.

Tiffany Lanier founder of The Morning Shift Co. helps us:

  • Breakdown why the constant pushing, grinding, and hustling is leaving us in a perpetual cycle of burn out or bug out
  • Redefine our morning routine to hold space for more meaning and less doing (so we can properly support ourselves in times of transition).
  • Identify the 5 Shifts your morning routine is missing so you can create a practice dedicated to personal and professional wellbeing + growth.
  • Discuss 3 key strategies to stop sacrificing our wellbeing so we can create real change in this world and sustainably show up for the vision, the work, the kids, the partner, and the friends (even in the midst of a global pandemic).
