Women In Tech Self-Care Series: Best Practices For Relaxation & A Better Work-Life Balance

The stress and enormous demand of working in tech can have some women feeling too busy to take care of themselves. And although self-care is important many of us find it hard to make it a priority or even know where to start. Join us on National Relaxation Day for a one-of-a-event where we will cover the “essential rules” of self-care with a focus on relaxation and work-life balance. You’ll learn how to adopt some new habits, create healthy goals and boundaries as well as discover how business success directly correlates with a healthy self-care regimen. Our panelists will share their own personal journeys, aha moments and tips.
