From tolerating “mansplaining” to being seen as pushy instead of decisive, women in professional settings face different challenges than men.  Join Ted Leonhardt as he identifies some of the special challenges for women in the workplace, particularly around negotiation.  Ted brings his sessions to life using real stories from his own clients as well as his experiences as head director for global creative agency FITCH Worldwide.  You will leave this session with tips and techniques to recognize and overcome some of the obstacles that women face when negotiating at work.
