Revive Your Day inspires you to be mindful in a new way.

By looking at your typical day in six specific sections, you’€™ll start to recognize the obstacles that hold you back from fully thriving. We all encounter distractions, busy-ness, and stress throughout the day, but reviving your day can put life back into your daily rhythm.

When you split your day into the six categories below, you start to understand just how often you prioritize your schedule, rather than scheduling your priorities.

July 11th: Wake Up – We’ll explore what your main obstacles are in the morning, how to wake up feeling refreshed, and how to make time for you in your morning routine.

Revive Your Day 11:15am – 11:45am

Yoga 12pm – 1pm

July 18th: Mid Morning – What are your main distractions, cause of interruptions and biggest time wasters in the mid morning? We’€™ll clarify these and explore ways to make the most out of yourmid mornings.

July 25th: Lunch – Lunch is an important time of day to take a break, recharge, and nourish yourself from the inside out. What are your lunchtime habits that drain your energy? Let’s work together to set boundaries and make this a sacred time for you.

August 1st: Afternoon – The afternoon slump is very real for some people. Are you one of them? If so, join this converstaion to determine what rules you have been following and to learn about how to use your natural energy at this time of day.

August 8th: Evening – Do you bring your work home with you? Would you like to find ways to unwind from your day that don’t numb you? Let’s explore ways to have a natural work/life balance that feels good to you.

August 15th: Bed Time – What keeps you from going to bed on time? It maybe your never ending”To-Do” list, or maybe the mindless scrolling of social media keeps you awake. Whatever it may be, our time together will be spent looking at ways to create a wind down ritual so you get enough sleep.
