Revive Your Day inspires you to be mindful in a new way.

By looking at your typical day in six specific sections, you’€™ll start to recognize the obstacles that hold you back from fully thriving. We all encounter distractions, busy-ness, and stress throughout the day, but reviving your day can put life back into your daily rhythm.

When you split your day into the six categories below, you start to understand just how often you prioritize your schedule, rather than scheduling your priorities.


August 15th: Bed Time – What keeps you from going to bed on time? It maybe your never ending”To-Do” list, or maybe the mindless scrolling of social media keeps you awake. Whatever it may be, our time together will be spent looking at ways to create a wind down ritual so you get enough sleep.

11:15am – 11:45am – Revive Your Day Session

12pm – 1pm – Yoga Practice (optional)
