Revive Your Day inspires you to be mindful in a new way.

By looking at your typical day in six specific sections, you'll start to recognize the obstacles that hold you back from fully thriving. We all encounter distractions, busy-ness, and stress throughout the day, but reviving your day can put life back into your daily rhythm.

When you split your day into the six categories below, you start to understand just how often you prioritize your schedule, rather than scheduling your priorities. Attend all or pick and choose the areas of your day that need revival.

August 1st: Afternoon- The afternoon slumpis very real for some people. Are you one of them? If so, join this conversation to determine what rulesyou have been following and to learn about how to use your natural energyat this time of day.
