How to Avoid Death by Power Point; Say Hello to High-Impact Presentations
Show don’t tell. Use the power of pictures. More is less. Effectively combining words and pictures is essential if you truly wantto communicate to and connect with your customers, investors, partners and employees. PowerPoint is, however, only as good as the person using it.
In this interactive workshop, you will see examples of the common visual landmines to avoid when creating PowerPoint presentations. It offers practical, easy tips for creating visually memorable and powerful presentations The workshop answers important questions: What makes a good image? How do you use it for maximum impact? How do you develop a design theme for the presentation and create simple yet effective graphics?
Boost! Collective, a Seattle-based, story-driven marketing and communications firm presenting a series of workshops and supporting drop-in clinics for The Riveter community in June. Topics span messaging, content development and storytelling.
