Accessible Ayurveda – Summer Solstice

The ancient science of wellness know as Ayurveda has much to offer. Â And
it can get complex and overwhelming very quickly. Â Rebekah takes key aspects of the
practice and weaves them together with more modern concepts for healthy lifestyles to
makes them accessible and relevant for her clients. Â To celebrate the summer solstice
and set the stagefor a vibrant summer, join Rebekah on Wellness Wednesday to learn
about Ayurveda, its importance in maintaining optimal daily and seasonal rituals, and
specifics about how to transition mindfully from spring to summer.
Rebekah encourages students to deepen their understanding of yoga and develop
wholistic self-awareness through a blend of asana (body), pranayama (breath), and
meditation (mind) practices. She welcomes a wide range of abilities with
straightforward, traditional sequencing and rituals rooted in lunar and seasonal cycles.
Rebekah completedher 500-hr advanced teacher training through 8 Limbs Yoga Studios,
including certification in pre and postnatal yoga. She is passionate about supporting
women in establishing wellness routines adapted to meet the challenges of various
lifestyles. Her own practice and teaching methods have been strongly influenced by the
Raja Yoga tradition, as well as Patanjaliâs Yoga Sutras and the ancient wellness system of
