Now more than ever, the world needs women leaders who are willing to take a stand for what they believe in. Will you be one of them?

If youre like us, recent global events have left you wondering about the state of womens leadership worldwide. As change agents, compassionate leaders, and women on a mission, where do we go from here?

Answering the call from the #ResistanceLive community, Elizabeth Cronise McLaughlin is embarking on a West Coast speaking tour this fall to champion the conversation on how women leaders can rise not just as executives and entrepreneurs, but as activists and change agents.

Elizabeth is a storied executive coach and serial entrepreneur who has dedicated her life and career to uplifting women in the workplace. She founded The Gaia Project for Womens Leadership as a way to propel forward women executives who want to change their lives, their work and their world for the better as the next generation of women leaders. A life-long feminist activist and leader, Elizabeth believes that womens leadership has never been more critical than it is today.

Heres what others have said about her:

As an ex-Wall Street lawyer, the CEO of her own consulting firm and the Founder of the Gaia Project for Womens Leadership, Elizabeth has faced down the masculine model of leadership for her entire career.

She believes that empowered, enlightened women have an incredible opportunity at this critical juncture in history to effect change that benefits all of us by advocating for ourselves and each other, working to change policies, politics and workplace culture, and rising to new heights of success.

This Seattle event, A Conversation About Women’s Leadership & Activism, is an opportunity to bring together women leaders to join the conversation on becoming a powerful force for change a conversation that is so desperately needed right now.
